Souljahz Click is a live cover band based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The lead singer is Ray Andres from California in the United States. Ray has been making music for eight years and with Lennart Rasmussen and Trevon Abraha, has produced an album in 2008 called Ray Andres – Revolution. The production group will come out with a new album in 2010 tentatively called “Manifest Destiny”. Lennart Rasmussen is the lead guitarist and producer of the band. While Ray might be the sound of the band, Lennart is the tone, production and performance of the band. Lennart carries the heavy lifting allowing the other members to shine.

The band has performed throughout Europe including some of the coolest rock venues and festivals around. The Souljahz Click left their mark at many performance venues including; Pabo Latino in Vilnius, Lithuana, Annexet in Helsingør Denmark, Henry´s Pub in Kuopio and Helsinki Finland. With their troubadour band, the group has performed at Old English pub, and Streckers in the middle of Copenhagen city. Ballerup Rock Festival, United Games in Izola Slovenia, The Rock The Globe festival and tour under Venue Festival and Rock the Globe in Kuopio Finland have all honed the performance skills of the band. Now the band goes by the very Danish moniker “Probably the greatest live band in the world”.

Trevon Abraha, who was born in Eritrea, moved to the United States as a young boy and later moved to Oslo Norway with his mother and brother to start a better life leads the rap crew. Trevon is an amazing rapper with strong tone and amazing stage presence. Erkan hails from Høje Tastrup in Denmark

but carries around his parent’s Turkish background within his life and music on a daily basis. In 2003, Erkan survived a Deadly bus crash that killed many people around him, while driving on a double-decker bus on a German highway. The crash motivated Erkan to dedicate his life to his music and making deference. Today, Erkan is a determined artist with a flair for writing lyrics and producing beats.

The band travels with a cornucopia or artist who bring a free flowing sound to the cover band which motivates the artist to stay flexible and coherent while on stage, while providing the audience with a strong show and a memorable night. On bass and drums, Dennis and Zu hold down the position mechanical tempo instruments while in Denmark, but when the band hits the road, they have to get creative and work with an array of artist including some of their

Scandinavian and Baltic mechanical players which include; Jooa Rissanen on rhythm guitar, Erik “Steel” on drums, Urho, Janne, Pavelas, and Ari switching on bass. Maria has held the position of background singer, but there are others who are starting to tour with the band and get their performance chops up to date. The band is a melting pot of talent and begs for the chance to be heard and make a difference.
